Terms of Service

SereniqueTech provides design, engineering, AI automation, and growth services. Specific deliverables, timelines, scope, and fees are defined in a written scope of work agreed upon by both parties before work begins. Fixed-fee quotes are valid for the terms stated in the proposal.

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the custom code, design assets, and deliverables created specifically for their engagement, unless otherwise agreed. We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, and internal processes.

Payment terms are defined in each written proposal. Work begins after the agreed deposit or payment milestone is received. Late payments may pause work until the account is settled.

We deliver services with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement. Upon request, we may sign a mutual NDA before sharing project details.
